Good Morning UCS (Dylan)

Thank you for the voice message. I have a Dell PC 
laptop (20210577) and my dock number is 20210352. 
I am on campus today, Friday 2/28, until 4pm.

Issues that keep happening with the office dock:
1. When I connect my office dock to WOU laptop it 
doesn't find a DP connection unless I hope the 
cord just right. 
2. Once I do connect , if my computer goes to 
sleep then I have to try and get the connection 
back.

Please know that I've continued to run the DELL 
Command Update that Dylan showed a couple of 
months ago.

Also, I'm also having an issue with remote sign 
in. When I log into cisco/VPN I don't always get 
my H-drive. I get my I-drive (Education), J-drive 
(Share), K-drive (Class) & Q-drive 
(coe_dean/groupa) but not the H-drive. 

My office is RWEC 260.
