William,

To get your monitors to display different screens, 
right-click on your desktop, select "Display 
settings," and then choose "Extend these displays" 
under the "Multiple displays" option; this will 
essentially split your desktop across both 
monitors, allowing you to see different content on 
each one.

I got my laptop fixed by UCS.  Unfortunately, all 
three monitors (the laptop monitor and the two 
desktop monitors) can only show the same thing.  I 
am not able to use the two desktop monitors to 
show different things so that I can work on two 
screens at the same time.

I assume this is a setting, but do not know 
computers well enough to fix it.  Is it okay for 
me to bring the laptop by to get it fixed or 
schedule a time when you can come to BEL 115 to 
fix the settings?
