Computer's internet was not working. varified the 
ethernet had a valid IP address, but the computer 
was not recognizing the ethernet being plugged in. 
Set him up on wifi. Closing ticket.

Hello,

As of this past Monday, I have not had internet 
connectivity in my office (APSC 228) for my iMac 
desktop computer (20190919). What needs to happen 
for this to be rectified?
