Couldnt varify issue. Said she one screen wasn't 
working and the computer was closing web browser 
when clicking on the desktop. 

I think she had options/control/command keys stuck 
causing these issues. She said she will contact us 
if she has any more issues. Closing the ticket for 
now.

I'll be in my office all day. 

I left for coffee, and when I came back the laptop 
had restarted again, and let me log in. The mouse 
is working now, but the keyboard accessory isn't 
working. Other things aren't normal, which I can 
show the tech.

This building (or me!) is cursed.
