I went to visit Shadron in person and explained 
the situation. I helped him reset his password and 
log in.

He is concerned about his SSN being known.

his password was reset through account lookup on 3/8 
by an IP in chicago. DUO prevented them from 
accessing his account fully.

I also double checked with him to make sure he was 
inputting his information in correctly and he 
confirmed he was.

User called as he is unable to sign into his 
device, he is getting the error message. 
'Incorrect Username and Password'. He mentioned 
that he had no problems before this moment and has 
been able to get logged in in the past. He said 
that he has not reset his password or other 
information at all. He also mentioned that when he 
tried to login to the Portal on his phone he was 
receiving the same error message.
