UCS this week and drop your laptop off we can go 
ahead and take a look at it and give you a loaner 
while you wait. If it's more convenient for 
someone to come pick up the laptop just let me 
know a good date and time and I'll put it on the 
schedule to have a tech pick it up.

Hi Jordan,

I've been out sick this week, so I haven't seen 
the external keyboard they brought in for me; I 
can try it out when I'm back in the office, but I 
think the full replacement keyboard is going to be 
best, in the long run.

I am just wanting to follow up on your 
malfunctioning Dell laptop keyboard. So it looks 
like there was a miscommunication and one of our 
techs dropped off an external keyboard, but it 
sounds like you are looking for a laptop keyboard. 
Did the keyboard we dropped off work for you or do 
you still need a replacement on your regular 
keyboard?

I just moved into AD 206A (across the hall). 
Anytime today after 3:00pm works for me--if that 
doesn't work for the techs, then I can do next 
week, anytime on Monday, or Tuesday/Wednesday 
morning. Unfortunately, I'm in all-day meetings 
tomorrow through Friday.

Hello!

My Dell laptop keyboard doesn't always register 
when number keys are pressed. I've been having 
this issue for awhile now, but it seems to be 
getting worse--it used to just be the 5 key, but 
lately, the 7 and the 2 have also succumbed. The 
keys do still work--eventually.... I don't really 
use my laptop very frequently, so this hasn't been 
a huge issue, but since it's starting to affect 
more keys, I figured I should probably get it 
checked out before it gives up altogether. 

My laptop's ID is 20200323[Edit Inv].
