The wrong labels were put in. I put the correct ones in and now it 
works again

I had to put new labels in my Dymo label maker and 
now it is not working, The app says that it is 
disconnected and that it is empty. I have tried 
everything that I can think of. The WOU ID is 
20240457[Edit Inv] and I am at the front desk. Thanks
