20200806[Edit Inv] from 20230610[Edit Inv]. Can you help setup a DUO 
group to allow this then I can take of getting DUO 
on both those devices.

instructor came in to inquire about hoping to set 
up his assigned WOU device to have the ability to 
remotely access the HWEC 304 lab computer 
W#20200806[Edit Inv]. 

John informed the user that systems support need 
to create that access first before installing the 
software that grants user the remote access.
