Karen just called and reported that the issue 
still persists even after swapping monitors. She 
now thinks it might be her computer. 

spoke to Brady since he was the tech handling it 
and he said he will try and get to it today if not 
it'll be a task for tomorrow.

there a way you guys can provide that to us.

Description: monitor is blinking--disrupting her day-to-day tasks 
(wants it replaced?)

I was reviewing this ticket and saw that this monitor is a free 
second monitor we gave to you. That being the case, im unable to 
fix it. With that being said I can give you another free second 
monitor (would be the same year as the current one) and hope 
that fixes your issue. Alternatively you can order a new monitor 
that we can replace the one having issues with.

Either option would work, I would recommend buying a new 
monitor.

Karem called reporting that her monitor is giving 
her issues. It would kind of twitch once in a 
while causing her problems when she is doing her 
daily tasks. 

she requests that a tech come in to troubleshoot 
as soon as possible. she was open to ordering a 
new monitor, but since its GFA, we might be able 
to swap instead.
