Solved remotely using Kace had to fully wipe his 
program data because adobe is basically a virus.

I have recently been having problems using any of 
my Adobe Creative Cloud apps, and it appears to be 
subscription-related. Below is a screenshot from 
Illustrator and Acrobat. I don't know if it's a 
general issue or something I need to go to Joanie 
about.
