An automated service request was made because your device is to old to automatically update to Windows 11 and Windows 10 support will be ending in October. As such we need to reimage your device to force it to windows 11. This will wipe all the local data off of it. As such it is important to back up your data to your network share drives or another device. I was wondering when is a good time we can do this? We will get a loaner device ready for you and trade the devices out while we fix the old one. The computer in question should be your front desk one with a wou number of 20160992.
