Hi Alyssa,

My technician has tried to reach out several times to assist in upgrading your computer to Windows 11. 
Please schedule a time to allow him to assist in upgrading your computer as this should be done before the 
end of spring term to prepare for Windows 10 end of life.

Hi Alyssa,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #86838

Description: Win 11 upgrade

I am just following up from two emails we sent you 
last month about your device. Email is listed 
below. I was wondering if you had made a decision 
on when we could take a look at and update your 
device?

My name is Dyllan C. and I work for UCS here at 
WOU. An automated service request was made because 
your device is to old to automatically update to 
Windows 11 and Windows 10 support will be ending 
in October. As such we need to reimage your device 
to force it to windows 11. This will wipe all the 
local data off of it. As such it is important to 
back up your data to your network share drives or 
another device. I was wondering when is a good 
time we can do this? We will get a loaner device 
ready for you and trade the devices out while we 
fix the old one.
