Description: Issues with system ??

We got your computer reimaged. Other than PLSQL, 
iPrint&Scan, and Adobe from your loaner software 
list, are there other software that is needed to be 
installed?

If not, this computer is ready to be picked up!

this laptop has an issue with imaging through it's 
ethernet port. needed to use another computer of the 
same model to image ssd.

could bring the device in to UCS to get more eyes and check the 
hardware. We could provide a loaner for the time being. If so is 
there a good time for us to come by or you could drop it off, either

Hi Allie, 

I was towards the end of last year (Oct-Dec 
timeframe). I called UCS and was advised my 
computer needed to be updated. Even since I have 
done all the updates and still have the issue.  
The WOU number on my laptop is 20200324[Edit Inv].  Yes, I 
can log into another device in the office and 
access my device. 

I did a hard shutdown on my computer and I was 
able to log in.  The issue seems to arise when I 
lock and unlock my system. 

Please let me know if you need more information.

Hello, 

Please see the attached video. Currently I am 
trying to log into my system and the system will 
not allow me to click on or even type my password. 

Outside of doing a force shutdown and rebooting, 
it has been updated as of last week, what can be 
done to fix this issue? This has occurred more 
than once and the solutions I was provided in the 
past has not fixed the issue.
