Found a dock that works for them. Issue resolved.

Replaced monitor with an older model. Sound persists but when 
going to device manager you are able to see the camera available for 
short periods of time (1-5 seconds). Issue still not resolved. Going 
back to UCS to discuss next steps.

The monitor we are working on now is 20190884[Edit Inv] . I went down 
this morning and updated the drivers issue persists. Hooked up to 
a loaner computer to see if the issue was with her computer, issue 
persisted on that computer as well. Going back to UCS to 
investigate next steps.

We found that the sound issues she was having stop after the ab 
cable was unplugged. We tried replacing the AB cable but the issue 
persisted. The camera is also not responding. Coming back in the 
morning to try to investigate.

Hello Georgia, I'm one of the techs that was working on your 
computer today. We tried the new cable and it didn't work. I 
needed to do a restart so I'm going to come back in the morning 
to see if I can update the drivers. I also want to loop my manager 
in to see his thoughts. I'll be in at 8am in the morning or shortly 
thereafter.
