Hello Cori, 
I was going through your SR and went to the office on file and 
found out you are now remote! So I was wondering a couple 
things. A) Would you like to just send you a document that walks 
through how to fix your issue or B) Do you want to do either a 
zoom meeting or if I can remote into your device we can do that as 
well.

Good morning,
As of this morning, I am unable to save word docs 
as Adobe pdfs. Also, my computer has been letting 
me know that an update has not been successful. 
I'm assuming it's the newest version of Windows 
but I'm not sure.
