This computer is too old to work on and will need to be replaced. Per 
the email I sent below, the customer knows about it now. Closing 
ticket as there is no solution beyond that.

Thank you Ramon,So I reached out to my manager to figure out 
the best way forward for this situation. Basically it comes down to 
the fact that the computer is 10 years old and can't 
receive updates and can't support the newest security software. 
The computer will need to be replaced and because the funding 
type is service it will need to be funded by your department. If you 
have any concerns or inquiries please let my manager (David 
Kunz) know at  kunzd@wou.edu

WOU number of the device you gave me is a monitor. Is there 
anyway you could provide me with the WOU number on the laptop

Appreciate it, the computer is located at the 
Physical Plant, when ever you have some one 
available. Just go to the front desk let Margarita 
know and she will get a hold of me.

I do not believe it is over heating.  Sometimes 
when I try to open a page it will says having 
problems loading page. The computer has not shut 
down it looks like its just thinking. I have had 
to reset the computer and try again.
It dose sound like it is constantly running 
compared to my other systems.
The computer is located at the Physical Plant.

Good morning Ramon,

Is the device overheating at all? Is it making any 
noises? Before it shuts down are there any error 
messages that pop up? Please let me know.

I was wondering if you could help out with my 
computer? It takes a long time to load up. I tried 
to power cycling it but it still took a long time 
to load any pages. When I do try to log in to 
check Email or portal It shut down and prompted to 
get a hold of UCS.  But I tried it again and I got 
logged on.

If you get a chance could you send some one to 
look into it.
