I replaced the doc and replaced the charger from a 180 to a 130 
which seems to have fixed the issues

user called reporting her monitors not connecting 
to their laptop. 

user mentioned that Dyllan initially assisted her 
a while back and she eventually encountered the 
same issue so Ben went out and swapped her dock. 

She did mention that Ben recommended that swapping 
her laptop might do the trick.
