Issue is fixed. She just had to restart her computer 
after Windows 11 was installed.

their computer. Finishing update on windows 11 and then will move 
forward.

Yeah, there is a way. Adobe has been having issues 
so it's a little more complicated to remove it 
now, but below I have included a guide. If you end 
up needing help with it let me know and we can 
schedule an appointment to help you via Zoom or 
through Remote Connection.

I work remotely.
Is it possible to delete it from my laptop and

Hi there. My laptop is WOU ID 20211031[Edit Inv]. 
My laptop seems to be shutting down Adobe each 
time I am trying to open/read docs. 
We do have a current subscription. 
Thoughts?
