Once the computers in ITC 210 reboot and login they should get the new PPD from the JAMF policy. I tested it on an open machine and it worked.

Hello –
Our large format inkjet printer, affectionately
known as Kandisnki (WOU id #20120612) appears to
have been reset (driver software update perhaps).
We have specific setting needs, according to our
typical usage, to minimize waste.

The media type should default to MATTE (not Photo)
so that the matte black ink is the default, not
the photo black ink.

On top of that, when I was successful in getting
students to change the media type, the colors were
quite off.

Thanks for checking on this!
Jen
