I updated Tracy's computer to Windows 11, replaced 
the CMOS battery to fix the time bott issue. I 
installed clean Adobe Creative Cloud. Updated Dell 
Command and Windows udpate. Ready to return device.

Computer is replaced with a loaner, the old one is 
on the desktop station updating. Windows 11 is 
left overnight to download and install. Everything 
else is updated and just needs the adobe cleaner 
when it's done.

user called reporting their device not being able 
to turn on.

They have tried restarting it twice and still no 
luck. User seeks to be issued a loaner while we 
look into device. I informed them that their 
device is a GFA and qualifies for a replacement. 

They are seeking tech assistance as soon as 
possible.
