system update and install VPN

My name is Dyllan C. and I work for UCS here at 
WOU. I took a look at your computer and 
unfortunately, it is too outdated to be serviced. 
Due to its current condition, the device is unable 
to support the necessary updates or run the VPN 
software.

Because of these issues, it poses a security risk 
and cannot be used safely within our network. At 
this point, we recommend purchasing a replacement 
device.

computer either is non-responsive half the time or 
lagging.
