John, files have been backed up to flash drive, and copied to her H drive.  Please confirm we got them all, re-image laptop and provide quick link to user to access files on H drive.  Do not give the user the flash drive :) Please return to me.

User downloaded a remote-control virus. Need to 
consult David and then meet with Ellis in order to 
determine if this is a security risk that needs to 
be addressed with legal or if we can just wipe the 
computer and re image.
