20210836[Edit Inv] did the same thing, so i brought it back, 
replaced the power supply and the original dock 
worked

Tony is returning this device. It needed dell 
docking solution downloaded on it. This is done 
through Dell Command there is a checkbox you need 
to click on.

I tried switching out the dock, the dock cord, 
changing the outlet it's plugged into, and I tried 
using a different charger. The laptop is currently 
on imaging desk in UCS. 20210594[Edit Inv]

user called reporting their computer not fully 
turning on but monitors are on and responsive. 
They mentioned tried holding the power button for 
a while and still no luck.


user is available until 2pm today but the office 
is open all day.
