I'm the resident printer expert so I should be 
able to get something working. I see that it is 
not networked so I assume you are just using a USB 
cable to directly print to the device?

I can make time next week. So far I have some 
appointments from Tuesday 10-12 and some 
unscheduled interviews that I don't have time 
slots set for yet but I will do my best to work 
around your schedule.

about 2 hours a few weeks ago trying to fix the issue but no success...yet.

My front desk just notified me that we may have accidentally closed your ticket 
prematurely. I apologize for that mistake. I'll speak with the tech who closed it 
when he returns.

Hi and happy Friday,

I am guessing you have closed the open ticket as 
you are not sure how to deal with the printer in 
my office. This is unfortunate that a solution 
could not be found. Perhaps you have a replacement 
printer I can use since your team was unable to 
get my printer to talk to my laptop.

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. I 
was over in RWEC so I decided to try and stop by 
your office around 10 am to assist you with 
connecting a printer. However you were unavailable.
