The ethernet was in the wrong port. Put it into the right port and now 
things are working much better. Having them update to windows 11 
tonight.

I made the printer the default which seems to have made It work.

the computer when the print fails.

Hi there,

I've been having trouble connecting to my printer 
(PP-Hardhat on Three Sisters).
When I attempt to use it, I get a message that the 
print failed and to check the printer. I'd 
appreciate any help you can give me.
