Hi Mike,
I have requested the necessary plan conversion code for the Elements printer. Once I have it I 
can simply enter it into the device and it should make the new toner usable.

Please keep the device on and the new toner in the device. Please cancel any pending print 
jobs as well.
I'll send a follow up when complete.

printer is saying the cartridge that we ordered and 
delivered for their element printer is not being 
"accepted" by the printer
