Hi Elisinoa,

I was your ticket with issues logging into a computer. On a Mac you can simply hold the power 
button down to turn off the computer completely. That will log off the user. I did notice the 
computer you wanted to use is very old and no longer supports Mac updates or our security app 
updates. It is very important to let your manager know that this device needs to be upgraded ASAP. 
It may not even function well enough for you to perform the duties of your job.

Good afternoon, 

My name is Elisinoa Aluesi, I am a coach here at 
WOU for the football team. I am writing to you in 
regards to logging somebody out of a desktop so i 
can log in to that desktop. Our previous coach is 
not a part of us anymore and we cant get on to 
that desktop, we've tried turning it off and 
unplugging it and still the same thing. Not a rush 
but would like assistance with this please. 
Football offices are in HWC on the side by the
