Hello - I am returning a phone message from Dylan 
on a computer that is stuck on restart screen.  My 
name is Christy Hawley and Jessica was the contact 
name that I left with UCS last Thursday when the 
service request was made because she was the 
person in the front office at West House that 
could let the UCS person into my office.

My office is in West House room 202, and I also 
specified the WOU # of the computer and the fact 
that the computer was the one "not by the window".

I have office hours today at noon.  Is there any 
way that I can get a loaner laptop while you look 
at mine?  I was told on Thursday that someone 
would look at it that day or on Friday.  I should 
have inquired yesterday when I did not hear 
anything.

I am currently in class until 11:50.

She will let Jessica at the front desk know that a 
tech is coming to take a look. She also said that 
the laptop that needs assistance is the one not 
closest to the window.

User called and stated that after updating her 
laptop it was slow and freezing. However, when she 
went to restart it the laptop stayed on the 
restart screen. When she tried to shut it down and 
error message popped up. She said she would send 
that over.
