I was able to use the dell command to install. It took some 
time but I believe it is done. Sorry for the lateness of my 
reply, I was at the Capitol on MOnday and Tuesday was the 
Board of Trustees meeting.

Hi Jackson,

I saw your ticket with the error you are receiving.  Can you try opening and 
running dell command and performing those updates as well as any pending 
windows updates on your device. After those have completed and restarted, try 
running the Windows Update assistant again.

If you still continue to have issues, please swing by UCS and we will take a 
look and see if we can't diagnose the issue..
