Hi Chelsee, I'm looking at the replacement ticket again for your 
device. It seems like we may need some time to be able to delete 
programs from your old computer and put them on the new 
computer. So this would be best be done when you have time to 
be with us! Do you have a good time that a tech could come out 
and sit with you?

Hi all,

I have a laptop at UCS ready to replace 20210778[Edit Inv].

Can I schedule this?  May 15th 1pm-4pm, May 16th 
930-1130am; May 16th 215pm-430pm. That will give 
me time to move things from my desktop to my H 
drive. 

I also have some special software on the laptop 
that will need to be installed on the new one. 
Program list attached.

I am wanting 20210778[Edit Inv] back after it is reimagined 
for use in WUC conference rooms.
