I turned off the fax ring tone and error correction 
to see if it helps with reception issues. If not,

Hi Mary,

The fax machine will print out a results page. It 
says Receive job resulted in error and then it 
says results:NG #005. I believe it is the same 
code for a fax that doesn't go through. Thanks!

Are there any error messages that pop up when 
trying to send or receive faxes? Please let me

Hello!

Our fax machine has been having a lot of issues 
sending and receiving faxes. It seems to be 
getting worse. The WOU ID is 20211131[Edit Inv] and it is 
located in the receptionist area, room 101. I am 
not sure if there is anything that can be done, 
but thought I would ask. Thanks!
