David Kunz	Apr 24, 2025 04:42 PM	Hi Donna, We have had lots of issues with Adobe over the last 6 months and have had to run cleaner tools to completely remove the application and reinstall it. That is more than likely what needs to happen here. I noticed that you don't have a WOU issued computer. Is this on a personal device? Thanks, David	Add Attachment
