Was able to save to desk top. That issue is resolved. The drop down 
menu switching screens is most likely a video card issue that the 
laptops can not handle long periods of time being a third screen.

Have re-removed the profile. She will not be in until Monday for me to 
try again with her logging in so I will put device in box 11.

Issue did not resolve and has come back. Still having dropdown 
screens move from screen that it was clicked on to another 
screen. Also issue with not being able to save to the desktop has 
persisted. Brought device back to UCS. We deleted here user 
profile to see if that fixes the issue. Reached out to Amber to set 
up a time to come by and have her log in.

I tried to have the device replicate its issue from Amber's set up. 
Still did not. I updated all drivers and optional updates. I also made 
sure that both screens weren't running on the same display 
resolution. Amber is going to see if all this resolved her issue. 
Leaving ticket open for a week.

Hi Amber, I'm with UCS. I was looking over your device for SR 
87215. We were unable to replicate your issue here at UCS. I see 
that you are picking it back up on Monday. Is there a time that one 
of us could come to you to see whats going on between the 
computer and your station? It doesn't have to be Monday.

File saving issue and all drop down meus appear on 
a different screen. Ran through full updates as 
well as a hard reset and nothing worked. Is 
working remote tomorrow and Friday, but needs the 
computer back on Monday.
