Emily's device is locking her out in the domain 
controller over and over again. This device is 
unserviceable per management. We will need to take 
her device and archive it giving her a long term 
loaner until IFC buys her a new device.

Emily just called to update us. She's getting the 
error message "This computer is locked, only 
signed in user can unlock the computer."
She also mentioned she is waiting for a response 
from Dyllan

profile and re-add profile.

Volkmann said her device was getting locked in the 
domain active controller which he has never seen 
before. We should remote into her device or have 
her bring it in and make sure it is secure and not 
trying to replicate her profile.

Ok so we finally found where your device is 
getting locked out at. We believe we fixed the 
issue but with deactivation and reactivation of 
your account might have messed with the computer 
you're using. Can I get the WOU number of the 
device?

received reactivation notice 4/16/2025.

I don't recognize that error. All her account systems appear fine on our end. Looks 
like she reset her password today. Has she tried logging into a computer since? AD may 
have not synced up immediately upon password reset - leaving portal working but 
computer access delayed.

believe this user is no longer employed with the 
university as such she was probably removed from 
certain services.

Account was deactivated then reactivated but she 
cannot log into her work computer. Has no issue 
with logging into her portal or Email via phone. 

"Referred Account Is Logged Out and Cannot be 
Logged Back Into" Is the error message on her 
screen.
