Hello,

Is there any chance I could get a loaner laptop? 
Somehow between last night and about 20 minutes  
ago, the screen of my MacBook cracked (photo 
attached). 😢 I’m so sorry! I’m not sure how it 
happened, as it was in its bag all night.

It boots on and off by holding the power button 
(it would likely work if connected to a monitor, 
but I haven’t been able to test that yet) but the 
screen remains blank. 

My v# (if needed) is V00226683. The MacBooks WOU# 
is 20200862.

Please let me know if you need anything from me. 
I’m not on campus at the moment, but will be this 
afternoon.
