Hi,

My device's # is 20210399[Edit Inv]. It's 
THREESISTERS_IT_Timber. I can't screenshot 
anything because there's no error message or sign 
of any problems - it doesn't show any problems 
from my computer, but the printer doesn't have a 
record of my requests and nothing comes out.

Hello,

What is your device's W# and what printer from the 
Social Sciences Department are you trying to 
connect to? 

Also, can you try to recreate  the issue and send 
a screenshot over? 

This will help our techs look into what may be 
causing your printing problems.
