Remotely installed both software's and licensed 
them. Then removed old software left over in 
programs.

Hi Patrick,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #87266

Description: install IBM SPSS Statistics v30 and 
Amos v30 (on T Drive)

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. 
The software that was requested by you or your 
department is ready to be installed and set up. We 
have techs available this week or next
week. Just tell us what works best for you! 

We can do this one of three ways. The first being 
if you are on campus, we can attempt to remote 
into your computer at a set time and you approve 
us into the device. Another way is we come out to 
you if you have an office on campus. If you are 
remote we will need you to bring in the device so 
we can install the software.
