My name is Ben and I work for UCS. I understand that we had 
someone going to remote into your device at 1. We have an event 
going on today that we didn't realize was going until two. Would we 
be able to push back the remote in sometime after two today?

Tuesday works for me. I'll shoot you a calendar 
invite for 10am but we can be flexible. Ill call 
over before requesting remote access.

Hi Dyllan,

I will be on campus next Tuesday and can authorize 
remote access; if it doesn't work for some reason, 
I can go to UCS or arrange to have someone come to 
my office. I have time from 9-10 and from 11 to 
2:30.

Hi Kate,
My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. 
The software that was requested by you or your 
department is ready to be installed and set up. We 
have techs available this week or next
week. Just tell us what works best for you! 

We can do this one of three ways. The first being 
if you are on campus, we can attempt to remote 
into your computer at a set time and you approve 
us into the device. Another way is we come out to 
you if you have an office on campus. If you are 
remote we will need you to bring in the device so 
we can install the software.
