Hi Matt,

I saw your GFA replacement request. Unfortunately we are out of GFA dollars until next fiscal year. In the meantime, we can offer you a 
loaner device until we can fulfill your replacement request or we can provide you with a GFA pool device.

However, if you opt for a pool device, it will extend the time until it is eligible for replacement based on the WOU number of the pool 
device, i.e. if you are provided a 2021 computer you would have to wait until the 27/28 school year.

Please let me know what you decide so we can get a device ready for you.

You will need to bring your non working computer to UCS for repair recycling and so we can set up an account and admin access on the device 
it is traded in for.
