In that case, can we get the WOU # of your webcam? 
If you're using a built in webcam, can you get me 
the WOU # of your computer?
One more thing you can try for your mic is making 
sure you're using the correct input. (Sometimes it 
will automatically change to your computers mic if 
it has one. They're usually low quality, and can 
come across as muffled.) If that doesn't work 
either, please send me the WOU # of the microphone 
you're using as well.
If you aren't sure how to find the WOU #, there 
should be a sticker or engraving somewhere on your 
device.

Firstly, have you tried restarting the computer 
your microphone is connected to? If you have, and 
the problem still persists, we can talk about 
other options.

ood afternoon. My name is Skylar, and I work in 
the financial aid office. I am having trouble with 
my webcam and microphone. People can barely hear 
me, and I sound muffled according to others on the 
line. I would love some help with this, no rush.
