Hi again, thanks for opening this ticket. Does 
anyone have thoughts on what is happening? I am 
working on campus today (so my computer is 
connected to the WOU network) and it's still not 
allowing me to see my H Drive...all I see is this 
T drive that it says I have to install. (And by 
the way, when I click on that drive it doesn't let 
me install it).

Hi there - I've been having a weird thing happen 
over the past couple months where when I'm working 
at home, I can't connect to my H drive (it doesn't 
even show up in the list of drives) even when I'm 
logged into Portal and connected to the VPN. 
Instead of my H drive, there is something called a 
T drive that says I have to install it. See 
screenshot below. Any ideas what is going on here?
