Hi Zach,    My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS 
here at WOU. We see that one of your employees 
Wayne Elliot is using a 2012 device 20120996. This 
device is marked as in Todd 002A. Devices that old 
can not take security updates nor be used on our 
network safely. We are currently replacing any in 
use devices that create these vulnerabilities. We 
have a 2018 device that will meet security 
requirements, has Windows 11 and a faster NVME 
drive in it. We need to replace the 2012 with the 
2018 device. This is no charge to the department 
due to the nature of this issue. I understand your 
department normally works at night so it will be 
hard to schedule. Below is what I would like to do 
if possible.
Check if you have any special software you will 
need installed on the new device.Move any data off 
of the old device onto department/home drives.
Then we work on a time I can swap out the devices. 
I can do this with you in the day if you are able 
to. Otherwise I can swap out the device in the day 
on my own with permission.
