Hey Dr. Mott,

So I'm just following up regarding your issue 
connecting to the VPN. So I went ahead and talked 
to David and it looks like you are already 
connected to the VPN but it's the actual VDI 
connection that is having issues. He said when you 
try connecting to faculty if you just want to wait 
on that black screen for a bit it should 
eventually connect. If that doesn't work, try 
connecting to any of the labs and it should work. 
Please let me know if you have any questions or 
issues!

The user cannot log in to their computer through 
VDI. She believes that it is the VPN but I watched 
her connect to it. However when she tries to use 
the VDI and clicks on faculty all she gets is a 
black screen.
