Allie Clark	May 12, 2025 03:32 PM	**This is an email** Hello – We cannot print to our Epson inkjet printer in ITC 210 (WOU id #201120612). Every time (and every station I checked today, roughly 5 + instructor's) we get the "filter failed" error message: Screenshot 2025-05-12 at 1.52.59 PM.png Also—and I just talked with John Rushing the other day about this one—the driver settings have the default media type set to Photo paper, when the vast majority of printing we do in here is to Matte papers... we waste a lot of ink and paper when the students find it tricky to find and change these settings.
