Greetings,
I've been encountering a problem when I'm using 
the laptop in my office for zoom meetings.  Even 
when the volume on the laptop is turned up all the 
way I have trouble hearing the conversation.  I 
don't know if there is another way to increase the 
volume, so I need some help.  I am teaching a 
class starting at 2 today, but I will be back in 
my office between 4 and 5, so if anyone is 
available during that hour, perhaps they could 
come visit me and help me find a solution.  If no 
one is available today, please let me know, and we 
can find another time.  Thanks for your help.
