Issue was resolved, turns out the issue is two IndexCodes are associated with the same invoice. Bad Data Essentially. According to the printshop: "We would just like to delete the invoice entirely. We have already moved past that number since we weren't able to access it." Delete the invoices

Emailed Allie for next steps moving forward. 

It looks like the Invoice #840 has two index codes associated with it which was causing the 500 error that was mentioned. These index codes are going to be SPO905 and AUX996.

Allie can you reach out to the print shop and see 
if we can get a screenshot of this error? It might 
be a portal app issue that got broken during an 
update or something.

We ran into an error that I haven't seen before. 
One of our student workers was working on creating 
an invoice using the Copy Center portal, but then 
got kicked out after trying to save. Can you help 
us? This is only happening on one of the 
computers. Our other computer can do the invoices 
just fine.

Hi Allie!

We just cleared the cache and cookies from the 
browser and even tried in an incognito window, but 
we keep getting the same error. We also restarted 
the computer and checked the internet.
