Hi Nicole,

I have this laptop reimagined for you. At the moment it isn't assigned to 
anyone so no one has admin rights to install apps. If it does get assigned 
and that individual needs admin privileges, they will need to swing by UCS 
for us to grant that capability. Unfortunately Apple won't let us give 
admin rights until the profile has been created by the user logging in for 
the first time.
