Hi Jessica,

I'll come over after lunch today to look at this printing issue. 

Can you tell me what kind of paper you are using, type, thickness, 
size as well as what type of image? ie like a colorful poster or 
just a text document? Does it contain pictures or images when you 
are having the issue? Is it only red colors that are having issues?

printers. We’ve noticed that the red ink is 
smearing and sometimes appears to be double-
printing on Miss Swenson (20171320). We’re hoping 
someone might be able to take a look at it to see 
what’s going on.
