David Kunz	May 20, 2025 10:03 AM	I explained to Sharon that the type of paper she is using to print TRIO certificates has a metal/gold foiling around the border. It is not compatible with a laser printer or copier and can possibly damage the internal electrical boards. It is also causing the paper to statically cling to the internal components and jam. I explained to her that there is laser safe paper that she can order in the future.	Add Attachment

David Kunz	May 20, 2025 08:48 AM	I don't think it's a roller issue since it's jamming out of tray 1 and bypass tray. Something is either stuck inside or the paper setting is wrong most likely. I'll look at it later today.	Add Attachment
