I was able to get the code to reset. Several of the ink cartridges are blinking 
and I let Jennifer know.

Hi Jennifer,

I went out with some of my techs the other day to look at this printer 20160427[Edit Inv], Canon PIXMA Pro-1.  We 
attempted to identify the error code based on the lights blinking on the front of the device.

We believe the error code corresponds to this:

10 flashes

An error requiring you to contact the service center has occurred.

B200


We tried resetting the device multiple times, connecting to a different computer but we were seeing weird 
connectivity issues, as well as some device functionality issues. Such as the print heads not moving when 
opening, and the ink reservoir doors not operating and the light to open them not lighting up.

Since there is no kind of service contract on this device, we recommend replacement because the cost for service 
probably outweighs the remaining value of the device.

Hi, 

We are all read to go on this end, so we just need 
to schedule a time to set up this device for you. 
We would like someone present for at least the 
majority of the set up as we want to make sure 
that the new device connects with the old printer 
and to make sure that the necessary software is on 
the device. 

Please let me know when would work best for this 
set up.

Hi UCS,
The photo printer is still acting up in ITC 104 A, 
it is the one on the right in the print room (OTC 
104A), it is #20160427[Edit Inv]
It is saying it is offline and it seems to not 
print, maybe we can have someone take a look at 
it.
